STORE POLICIES:

We want you to enjoy doing business with us, so here are our policies. 

We always do our best to present accurate and up-to-date information on
our  website and in our advertising.  However, we can not be responsible for
typographical, audio or video errors in any media.  Please bring any errors
you may find to the attention of customer service so that we may correct them. 

Prices, bonus offers and rebates are subject to change and may end without notice. 
Some illustrations are for design purposes only and may not depict featured items. 
Quantities may be limited on some items, and all items may not be in stock at all
times or available at all stores.  Rebate offers are subject to manufacturer restrictions. 

We completely guarantee the freshness of all film sold at Spectrum Photo!
For your protection, we do not accept the return of any sensitized items such as
film or photographic paper.  Since only a short exposure to heat or light can affect
the quality of these items, accepting returns and then reselling these products would
not allow us to guarantee their integrity.  While other stores freely accept film returns,
you can buy from us in confidence…assured that your film was not previously sold.   

If you need to return an item, please contact us at SpectrumPhotoOnline first.
Most often, we can assist you with operational problems, avoiding the need for
a return. We will also be happy to assist you with any warranty matters should they arise.
With either of these problems, of if you wish to return a product for credit, you need to
contact us at customerservice@SpectrumPhotoOnline.com.
Explain the reason you are requesting a return and we will promptly reply.
No returns will be accepted without a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. 

Holiday returns:  The return time for purchases shipped from online or phone
orders (for gift items in December) is extended to December 31st.
 

Purchases made at SpectrumPhotoOnline or placed by phone, and shipped,
may be returned for merchandise credit within seven days of the date of shipment.

Purchases made at our store locations may be returned for merchandise credit within
seven days of the date of purchase.  Note, this is a merchandise credit only. Unfortunately,
unscrupulous customers are changing the way the industry has to handle returns. 
Some people buy a camera, or product, use it for an event, and then expect to return
it for a refund.  Sadly, it is a common situation. 

If a product is to be eligible for a merchandise credit, it must be in factory new condition,
with all papers and instruction manuals, a fresh  warranty card and all accessories.
Sealed packages that have been opened may not be returnable,
or at full value.  All returns are subject to a minimum restocking charge of 20%. 

"Special Order Items" are not returnable or refundable.

Shipping and handling charges from any orders shipped by Spectrum Photo
are not refundable.  If an item is to be returned, the return shipping costs are the
responsibility of the shipping party.  We strongly suggest insuring the merchandise
for its full value.  Any items that received a free shipping special,
being returned for merchandise credit, will be charged for the original shipping.

We value your business!  We want you to enjoy the products and services that you
purchase from us.  However, in this day in age we must disclose the following legal
information:  Should litigation ever become necessary involving Spectrum Photo
and any parties transacting any business with us, it is agreed  that such actions will
take place in the in the District Court of Southern Carroll County, NH.

By doing business with Spectrum Photo you are stating that you acknowledge and
understand our policies and that you agree to them.
