Standard shipping
within the 48 continental United States:
UPS is our
primary shipping method, and the one that will allow us to process your order most
promptly.
Shipping & handling charges include appropriate insurance to cover your purchase.
Express Shipping
(1-3 day delivery) within the 48 continental United States:
Express shipments
are available through UPS, USPS and Federal Express.
The use of this
option must be requested and higher charges for these shipments will be accessed.
In some cases, billing for express shipments will be separate from the merchandise sent.
Worldwide
Shipping
outside the 48 continental United States:
We only ship orders outside of the United States if they have been
paid in advance by bank check or bank transfer.
Shipments outside of the 48 continental United States will be sent to you in the manner we
find offers the best service to us.
RETURNS
See our Policies page. No returns are accepted without
a return authorization.
We want our customers to be happy with the products they purchase from us.
Most often, we can assist you with operational problems, avoiding the need for
a return. We will also be happy to assist you with any warranty
matters should they arise.
With either of these problems, of if you wish to return a product for credit, you
need to contact us at

Explain the reason you are requesting a return, and we will promptly reply.
No returns will be accepted without a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
